Data deletion
Last updated September 18, 2026
You can remove Doodaro's access to a connected social account yourself at any time, and you can ask us to delete your whole Doodaro account and everything in it.
Remove access to a connected social account
This deletes only that platform connection. Your Doodaro account and projects stay.
- In Doodaro: sign in at app.doodaro.com, open Connected accounts, and choose Disconnect next to the account. Doodaro deletes the stored access tokens and account details for that connection immediately.
- On the platform too (recommended): remove Doodaro from the apps connected to your account in that platform's settings, for example your Google Account's third-party access page for YouTube, Apps and Websites in Facebook or Instagram settings, or the connected apps settings in TikTok, LinkedIn or X. This stops the platform from accepting any access it granted to Doodaro.
If you remove Doodaro only on the platform's side, the stored token stops working. Its record in Doodaro is deleted when you disconnect it in Doodaro or delete your account.
YouTube: if you remove Doodaro's access in your Google Account, Doodaro deletes the stored YouTube tokens and channel details within 7 days, even if you do not disconnect in Doodaro.
Delete your Doodaro account and data
- If you have a paid plan, cancel it first in Settings → Billing → Manage billing, so you are not charged again.
- Download any videos or files you want to keep.
- Email support@doodaro.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my Doodaro account. If you cannot use that address, tell us, and we will ask for other proof that the account is yours.
We confirm your request and delete the account within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in details and profile settings.
- Projects, scenes, storyboards, templates, uploaded and generated pictures, narration, rendered videos and other media.
- API keys, which stop working immediately.
- Connected social accounts and their access tokens.
- Feedback you sent and your usage history.
What may be kept
- Billing records we must keep for tax and accounting law. Polar, the merchant of record, keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy.
- Copies in backups, until those backups expire.
- Short-lived security logs held by our hosting provider.
- Videos you already published on other platforms. Delete those on each platform.
