Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated September 16, 2026
Doodaro is built for explainer, education, business and storytelling videos drawn in a hand-drawn doodle or whiteboard style. This policy explains what you may not create or do with Doodaro, including through the API and connected AI agents. It is part of our Terms of Service.
What Doodaro is for
Explaining ideas, teaching, telling stories, presenting products, faith and community messages, and running your own channel with original, reviewed content. You must own or have the right to use everything you bring into Doodaro.
What we do not allow
Deceptive AI content about real people
- Deepfakes, face swaps, or realistic depictions of a real person doing or saying something they did not do or say.
- Voice cloning, or narration that imitates a real person's voice.
- Impersonating a real person, brand or organization, or fake endorsements and testimonials.
Sexual and harmful content
- Any sexual or adult content, including AI-generated nudity.
- Any content that sexualizes or exploits minors. We report it to the authorities.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm.
Scams and misinformation
- Scams, fraud, phishing, or get-rich-quick and guaranteed-income schemes.
- False or misleading content about elections, health, medicine, finance or public safety.
- Promoting illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs or gambling.
Other people's rights
- Copying or infringing copyrights and trademarks, including characters, logos and artwork you have no rights to.
- Importing documents, web pages, images or recordings you do not own or have permission to use.
- Sharing someone's private or personal information without their consent.
Spam and platform abuse
- Mass-producing repetitive, low-effort or misleading videos meant to game platform algorithms or deceive viewers.
- Content that breaks the rules of the platforms you publish to, such as YouTube's spam, deceptive practices and AI-disclosure policies.
- Attacking, overloading or getting around the limits of the Doodaro service, or sharing and reselling accounts or API keys.
Faceless and automated channels
Running a faceless channel or using the API to produce videos on a schedule is welcome, as long as the content is original, useful and honest. Review your scripts and videos before publishing, vary your content, and label AI-generated content when a platform asks you to.
How we enforce this policy
- We may refuse to generate content that breaks this policy. Requests also pass through the safety systems of our AI providers.
- We take down content that breaks this policy when we find it or when it is reported to us.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break this policy, especially for serious or repeated violations, without a refund where the law allows.
- We report illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, to the relevant authorities.
Report a problem
If you see a Doodaro video that breaks this policy, or believe your rights are being infringed, email support@doodaro.com with a link to the content and a short explanation. We review every report.
